On Sunday, August 10, after 18:00, a passenger car collided with a group of pilgrims in the village of Grobla, Łódź voivodeship. Eight people were injured, including a child under three years old, according to RMF FM.

Eight People Injured

Police, firefighters, and four rescue teams were dispatched to the scene, and three emergency helicopter crews were also called in.

Local Portal Reports Injuries

Local portal wiadomosci‑lódz.pl reports that most injured individuals sustained broken hands and legs. A witness claimed the driver might have been intoxicated, but police are awaiting confirmation.
