Prime Minister Firm on KPO Affair
In a post on X, Prime Minister Tusk emphasized that billions of euros from the KPO represent major development projects for Poland. He also stated that PiS’s lies and manipulation offer no justification to any.
KPO Investment Map Unveiled
The government website dedicated to the National Reconstruction Plan published a detailed investment map, outlining recipients of EU money. The allocation to the HoReCa sector raised questions, as hotel and restaurant owners reportedly used EU funds to purchase yachts, motorboats, saunas, and solariums. Due to irregularities in KPO funding, Katarzyna Duber‑Stachurska was removed from her position as President of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) in late July.
