Rodacy Kamraci Leaders ‘Jaszczur’ and ‘Ludwiczek’ Face 154 Charges; Prison Imminent

In Wednesday court filings, Warsaw’s District Court charged Wojciech O., alias ‘Jaszczur’, and Marcin O., alias ‘Ludwiczek’, with a total of 154 offences.

Rodacy Kamraci: Complaint Against Wojciech O. and Marcin O.

Wojciech O. and Marcin O., known for their daily online broadcasts, were detained early June as leaders of the Rodacy Kamraci movement. Both remain in custody. According to the Warsaw‑Praga District Prosecutor’s Office, the complaint covers their activity over the last six months before their arrest and totals 154 alleged violations. They are accused of publicly praising crimes, inciting hatred based on race, insulting people due to racial affiliation, and praising violence linked to political affiliation.

Prosecutors Highlight Wojciech O.’s Recidivist History

The Warsaw‑Praga prosecutor reminded that Wojciech O. had prior convictions for similar offences and served a six‑month prison sentence two years ago for incitement to murder. He had also been sentenced to community service. Investigators suggest the new indictment may not resolve the cases entirely, as investigations into over 1,200 incidents from 2015‑2024 involving both men are ongoing.
