A deadly night‑time fight on Szczecin’s Bogusław Street left a 29‑year‑old Georgian resident dead after a quarrel over a woman escalated into a bloody brawl. Police detained five young men linked to the incident.

Fight Ends with 29‑Year‑Old’s Death

RMF FM informed that on Friday, August 15, early in the morning, a brutal incident occurred on the Bogusław Street promenade in Szczecin (West Pomerania). A dispute turned into a fight and resulted in the death of a 29‑year‑old Georgian citizen. One Polish participant suffered a minor injury. Police arrested five individuals aged 21 to 23, including four Poles and one Georgian, involved in the event. This information was confirmed by Nadkom. Even 15 Years of Imprisonment Await

The broadcaster established that the men “fought over a woman,” and during the fight “one of the arrested reached for a knife and threatened the opponent.” Despite medical assistance, the life of the 29‑year‑old could not be saved. The detainees were charged on Saturday with participation in a deadly brawl involving a dangerous weapon, facing up to 15 years in prison. The Public Prosecutor will submit a request for a temporary arrest of three months to the court.
