Broken Gate During CBŚP Operation; Chemical Firefighting Team Also On Site

In a swift August 19 raid, the Central Police Investigative Unit (CBŚP) broke into a suspect property in Żółwin, supported by a specialized chemical firefighting unit, marking a pivotal blow to local drug‑manufacturing operations.

Operation Overview

On Tuesday, August 19, at approximately 5 p.m., CBŚP officers forcibly entered a residence on Południowa Street in Żółwin, a suburb of Warsaw, as part of a narcotics‑crime investigation.

Specialized Firefighting Support

The operation was aided by the Special Chemical and Ecological Rescue Group from Warsaw’s JRG6 fire service, a unit equipped to detect, neutralise and safely transport hazardous substances, enabling the securing of sites potentially contaminated with toxic vapours or chemical reactions.

Gate Breach

During the raid, with the help of counter‑terror units, the team broke down the outlying gate, gaining access to the premises.

Next Steps

If authorities confirm that a drug laboratory was operating in Żółwin, the next phase will involve meticulous testing and analysis of the seized chemicals and equipment. No additional information has been released by CBŚP at this time.
