IBRiS Poll on Conditions for Ending the War in Ukraine
In a recent IBRiS survey, 50.5 % of Poles said they do not want President Volodymyr Zelensky to agree to the concessions Moscow has demanded, 37.4 % believe otherwise, and 12.2 % have no opinion. Among Moscow’s conditions were the transfer of Donbas and Crimea and Ukraine’s demilitarization. According to Dziennik, 77 % of coalition supporters oppose the concessions, 36 % of opposition supporters back them, and 41 % claimed they do not vote for any political option.
White House Working on a Zelensky‑Putin Summit
Following President Donald Trump’s meeting with Zelensky and several EU officials, the White House announced that Putin wants to meet Zelensky in the coming weeks, confirming the statement by spokesperson Caroline Leavitt. The administration is preparing for bilateral talks, as former President Trump already discussed the issue with Putin and the Russian side has shown positive signals.
Ukraine: Russian Drone Attacks on Sumy Region
Early morning, Ukrainian air forces warned of missile threats to Chervonohrad and Nikolaiv, while an explosion was heard in Nykolaiv.
