New Roundabout at Przewodowa, Strzygłowska and Mrągowska
The Wawer district is wrapping up the construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of Przewodowa, Strzygłowska and Mrągowska streets.
Weekend Closure and Detours
On Saturday and Sunday, 23–24 August, the intersection will be fully closed. Road workers will lay the surface on the new roundabout. While construction continues, drivers will use detours along Trakt Lubelski and Skalnicowa to Zasadowa.
Bus Route Adjustments
During this period, buses of lines 142 and 219 will change routes. Line 142 will run along Skalnicowa and Zasadowa streets. Line 219 will divert via Trakt Lubelski to the roundabout at Wał Miedzeszyński and Trakt Lubelski, turn around, and return to its standard route via Trakt Lubelski to Skalnicowa.
Infrastructure Improvements
In addition to reshaping the intersection, the district installed sidewalks and lighting, coordinated with the sewer network built on Przewodowa last year. Zielona Łąka street will re‑establish its connection with Przewodowa.
Pedestrian Guidance
Pedestrians will be directed to crossings marked outside the asphalted area.
