All F‑16 training and exercise flights have been suspended, according to an unofficial source and a report by Interia.

Crash Details
On 28 August, an F‑16 crashed during exercises before the AirShow at Radom airport, striking the runway and killing 35‑year‑old Major Maciej “Slab” Krakowian, leaving a wife and two children. It is the first F‑16 crash in Poland.
Legal Investigation Initiated
On 29 August, Prosecutor Antoni Skiba said a formal investigation has been opened. Fourteen military prosecutors were deployed for the examination of the base.
Air Show Cancellation
Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak‑Kamysz announced the cancellation of the international air show scheduled for this year due to the tragedy.
