Sport, Relaxation, and Headphone Music – Neighborhood Picnic in Ursus Duzgunce

Residents of Warsaw’s Ursus district will gather on August 30 for a free, all‑inclusive Neighborhood Picnic at Eko Park. The event offers children’s activities, sports challenges, workshops, and a nightly Silent Disco, ensuring something for all ages – all accessible to everyone.

Event Details

On August 30, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., the Eko Park on Gierdziejewskiego Street will host the Neighborhood Picnic organized by the Ursus District Office and the Kulawa Warsaw Foundation. The program includes animators and games for children, sporting challenges, a relaxation zone, and a Silent Disco starting at 7 p.m.

Activities for All Ages

Attendees can expect a wide range of attractions: playful games for kids, engaging sports contests, instructional workshops, and a relaxed atmosphere for families. Everyone will find something enjoyable, regardless of interest or age.

Silent Disco at 7 p.m.

The evening culminates with a head‑phone‑based Silent Disco, offering a unique dancing experience that’s both lively and quiet at the same time.

Accessibility and Inclusion

The picnic is open to all, with accommodations such as diaper changing facilities for both children and adults, a PJM interpreter, Audiodescription, an induction loop, and a special accessibility zone, ensuring a comfortable experience for participants with diverse needs.

Organizers and Funding

The event is facilitated by the Ursus District Office of Warsaw and the Kulawa Warsaw Foundation under the “Together for Accessibility of Ursus” project, funded by the National Institute of Freedom – Center for Societal Development under the NOWEFIO 2021–2030 program.
