MP Arrested for Abuse Charges
Lidia B., a PiS party member from the Proszowice district in the Małopolska region, has been arrested on charges of psychological and physical abuse against her husband. According to the Kraków Provincial Prosecutor’s office, she would cause disturbances, pull her husband’s hair, and threatened to kill him.
Knife Attack Led to Prosecution
During one of the conflicts, Lidia B. allegedly stabbed her husband in the thigh with a knife. The investigation has revealed that the abuse has been happening for over five years.
MP Denies Responsibility
Lidia B. denied the accusations, but confirmed the sequence of events. Although her husband withdrew the complaint, the prosecution continues in the case against the MP.
