Agrykola and Młociny Development Plans Approved

The Warsaw City Council approved two crucial spatial development plans: for the Agrykola district and Młociny. Meanwhile, city councillors agreed to build a settlement in Ursus under special legislation, including public infrastructure and a school.

New Settlement in Ursus

The area includes approximately 32 hectares in the city center, with Ujazdowski Castle, the Piaseczyński Canal, Park Agrykola, and the Rozdroże Square. The amendments provide for partial coverage of the Łazienki route and the creation of new green areas, connecting the Ujazdowski Park with the castle surroundings.

Młociny Development Details

The plan covers approximately 80 hectares in the northwestern part of Młociny. This area is primarily characterized by single-family homes, green belts, forests, including the famous ‘Młocińskie Oaks’, and facilities of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. The document arranges spatial order and strengthens protection of the natural and landscape values of this area.
