A 29-year-old Ukrainian man was deported from Poland after posting online videos threatening arson attacks, according to Internal Affairs Minister Marcin Kierwiński.
Ukrainian Deported Over Arson Threats
The 29-year-old national from Ukraine, who had been captured in videos posted online threatening arson, was deported back to Ukraine, informed the interior minister Marcin Kierwiński.
Deported with 10-Year Ban on Entering Poland
Alongside his deportation, the man received a 10-year ban on entering Poland and the entire Schengen area. The Interior Minister announced this on Friday, highlighting the charges brought against him, stating that the man threatened to set houses on fire in Poland if Ukrainian benefits were suspended “800 plus.”
Ambush by Warsaw Police
On August 29, police from Warsaw’s Department of Terror and Homicide informed about the arrest of this 29-year old Ukrainian man in the Praga-Południe region of Warsaw. He was alleged to have posted threatening videos that incited arson attacks.
