A group of teenagers on electric scooters crashed into a stroller carrying a 5-month-old baby near Krakowskie Przedmieście in downtown Warsaw, with one youth using pepper spray on the grandparents.

A dangerous incident occurred on Sunday evening at the intersection of Królewska Street and Krakowskie Przedmieście in the city center, involving a group of teenagers on electric scooters. One of them collided with a stroller carrying a 5-month-old infant.
Pepper Spray Attack
Thankfully, the infant was unharmed. However, the perpetrator’s aggression continued, with him cursing at the affected individuals and using pepper spray against the baby’s grandmother. After the incident, the group of young people left the scene.
Investigation and Group Description
According to preliminary investigations, the group consisted of around 30-40 individuals ranging from approximately 13 to 19 years old. The majority of them are of Polish nationality, as evidenced by recordings from the scene.
