Former Polish President Andrzej Duda revealed the challenges faced during his recent move from a large apartment to a smaller one, stressing the difficulty of the transition and the need for additional storage space.
Move Details
Duda, discussing his first month of post-presidential retirement with Bogdan Rymanowski, detailed the issues he faced during the move. The transition from a ‘large Warsaw apartment to a significantly smaller one was challenging,’ he mentioned, adding that the move required changing from 300 square meters to less than 150 square meters.
Storage Needs
As his belongings could not fit in the smaller space, Duda had to rent a special storage and leave some boxes unpacked. ‘We had to rent a special storage, and there are still unpacked boxes,’ he said.
Personal Closet
Duda acknowledged that he had accumulated a large number of clothes during his presidency, explaining, ‘I have several dozen suits. I like them; I’ll keep some, and some are memories.’
