President Karol Nawrocki arrives in the US for a meeting with Donald Trump at the White House tomorrow.
Meeting Schedule
President Nawrocki will arrive in Washington, DC at approximately 11:00 local time, which is 17:00 in Poland. He will be greeted by President Trump at the South Entrance of the White House before attending a joint press conference with US and Polish media representatives.
Joint Lunch and Closed Session
The visit also includes a closed working lunch for both delegations in the Cabinet Room. During this closed session, key negotiations will likely occur between the two leaders.
Historic Meeting with Rubio
Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski met with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Miami earlier this week to discuss the war in Ukraine. Sikorski emphasized Poland’s eligibility for G20 membership: “We have full rights to be invited, as our country has successfully transitioned from a planned economy to a free market system.”
