TVP files hater crime report against former employee Joanna Dunikowska-Paź

TVP formally reported the possibility of hate-crime offenses targeting its former employee Joanna Dunikowska-Paź to Warsaw provincial prosecutors, demanding an apology from all who spread a false claim that she had asked a question about President K.N. at a presidential press conference using only his initials.

Immediate response from former TVP employee Marzena Paczuska

After TVP issued a 20 August statement, Marzena Paczuska, now a member of the National Radio and Television Council, published an additional text that she claims satisfied the network’s demands. “The TVP statement was not sufficient,” she wrote.

In a Tuesday (2 September) evening post on X, Paczuska issued apologies to both Dunikowska-Paź and TVP.
