BMW Runs into Group of People in Berlin, Injuring Children

Four young children were among several injured when a BMW struck a group of pedestrians near Berlin’s Wedding district on September 4, shortly after 1 PM.

Crash Details:

According to RTL, the accident occurred during a maneuver to avoid a collision. Local police have not yet determined if the driver’s actions were intentional or accidental.

Injuries:

Several people, mostly children aged 7-8 on a school trip, suffered minor injuries in the crash. Their adult supervisor, who sustained more serious injuries, is expected to recover.

Emergency Response:

The Berlin Police Department and medical emergency services were immediately dispatched to the scene, where rescue operations are underway.
