Lawsuit and Legal Victory
Following Stanowski’s criticism in an August 2023 social media post suggesting Kapela had recorded a video while under the influence of drugs during the “Hejt Park” program, Kapela filed a lawsuit seeking personal protection and a 50,000 zł settlement. After a hearing on September 5, the court ruled in Kapela’s favor on a preliminary basis, ordering Stanowski to remove the defamatory portions of his post and pay 20,000 zł in compensation. Kapela expressed gratitude for the ruling.

The incident relates to a recording dated May 27, 2021, where Kapela appeared as a guest on Stanowski’s “Hejt Park” program.
