Two Bodies Found in Car Pulled from Pond in Łódzkie Region

Police in Wieluń are investigating the discovery of two male bodies in a submerged Citroen found in a pond in Drobnice, Łódzkie region.

Car Found in Pond

On September 6th, a submerged Citroen was discovered in a field pond in the village of Drobnice, part of Wieluń county in Łódzkie province. Emergency services retrieved the vehicle, which contained the bodies of two men, aged 18 and 39, and a teenage boy.

Investigation Ongoing

Divers from Piotrków Trybunalskiego’s Specialized Water Rescue Group searched the pond. Authorities are trying to determine if anyone else was traveling with the deceased in the Citroen.

Wieluń Police Investigation

The Wieluń County police are working under the supervision of the Wieluń District Prosecutor’s Office to understand the circumstances and cause of the incident. Officers are currently conducting an examination, gathering evidence, and interviewing witnesses.
