The incident occurred on Saturday (6 September) in Iłża township when a 32-year-old man lost control of his farm machinery, causing the vehicle to veer off-road and into a drainage ditch. The driver’s 37-year-old passenger was thrown from the vehicle and crushed under its weight, resulting in a fatal injury.
Preliminary Investigation
Initial findings indicate that the driver was operating a farm machinery vehicle with a trailer while traveling on a maintenance road. The driver’s subsequent loss of control and unfortunate accident is currently being investigated by local authorities, followed by a procuracy review.
