Georgia National Deported Over Threats, Illegal Stay

Polish police arrested a 42-year-old Georgian man who threatened a security guard with a knife and faced deportation for illegal residence.

Grocery Store Incident

Police officers from the patrol and intervention department of Warsaw Ursus Police Station detained the 42-year-old Georgian who threatened the security guard with a knife and was illegally residing in Poland. He was accused of criminal threats and subsequently deported.

Illegal Stay Discovered

Further police investigation revealed that the 42-year-old has been staying in Poland illegally. Officers conducted necessary proceedings with the individual at the police station.

Accusations and Deportation

Investigating officers from the KP Ursus gathered the necessary evidence, which resulted in the 42-year-old being charged with criminal threats by the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw Ochota. The Georgian citizen was then handed over to border guards who completed the deportation process.
