Reportedly, the cost of these food reserves would be approximately $105 million. Large grocery chains would play a significant role in ensuring their distribution, as they have the appropriate supply chains and storage capacities, explained Alois Reiner.

War Preparations by Germany

According to the Washington Post, the idea behind the food reserves is allegedly driven by the fear of a “warlike Russia.” The country is also modernizing its military and acquiring new weapons as part of preparations for a potential conflict with this country.
