Polish MP Janusz Korwin-Mikke Establishes New Political Confederation

Janusz Korwin-Mikke has founded a new political party, Konfederacja, which was recently registered by a Warsaw court.

New Political Party Established

Polish MP Janusz Korwin-Mikke has founded a new political party known as Konfederacja, according to registration documents from the Warsaw District Court. The party’s registration was submitted in July and finalized in early September, though the court’s decision remains non-binding at this time.

Previous Party Efforts

Korwin-Mikke founded another political group called Konfederacja Odnowy Rzeczypospolitej Wolność i Niepodległość less than a year ago, but this party was removed from the registration list due to failure to submit financial reports in a timely manner.

Political Disagreements

New Nadzieja (Nowa Nadzieja), a political party led by Wojciech Machulski, claims that Korwin-Mikke does not have the right to use the Konfederacja name, as the decision to create the party was not led by him. “To świadczy o desperacji Janusza Korwin-Mikkego,” Machulski stated in a conversation with Gazeta.pl.
