Unidentified Flying Object in Terespol Area: New Developments Known

An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that crashed near Poland’s border with Belarus was found by border guards and contained Russian writing, according to new information from Lublin’s District Prosecutor’s Office.

Unidentified Flying Object Details

The unidentified flying object, found by border guards on September 7 around 9:40 PM, was not armed with any explosive materials, but contained Russian writing on its engine with only serial numbers present.

Distance from Border

The drone fell approximately 300 meters from the Terespol border crossing, with officials attributing the smoke to fuel combustion instead of a controlled landing.

The prosecutor’s office and military gendarmerie are on site investigating, with ballistic experts reviewing the parts of the drone in an attempt to determine its origins.
