Zelensky Offers Poland Data on Russian Drone Incursions

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has provided Poland with initial findings regarding Russian drone incursions into Polish airspace.

Ukrainian Drone Investigation

On Wednesday, Zelensky relayed initial detailed findings regarding drones that entered Polish airspace. Around 00:50 Kyiv time, Ukraine was set to provide Poland with information regarding drone breaches of the Polish border. At least two Russian drones entered Polish territory overnight, using Belarusian airspace.

Calls for Cooperation

Ukraine is ready to share necessary data about the Russian attack with Poland, and also to help Poland build an appropriate air alert and defense system against such Russian threats, Zelensky said in a message on the X platform.

Solidarity from NATO Allies

The military is expected to have a full analysis within 48 hours of the incident. Following airspace incursions by Russian drones, solidarity with Poland was demonstrated by the spokesperson for the Allied Joint Force Command in Naples, and other NATO and European Union partners.
