Russian Drones Breached Polish Airspace Nine Times in Lublin Region, Says Prosecutor Office

The Lublin Prosecutor’s Office reported nine incidents of Russian drones entering Polish airspace last week, with six cases already fully investigated.

Incidents Reported:

Nine separate incidents of Russian drones violating Polish airspace in the Lublin region were recorded, with six cases fully investigated.

Current Investigations:

In three ongoing cases, authorities are still gathering evidence in Krzywa Wierzba-Kolonia, Wyhalewie, and Wyryki-Wola.

Physical Evidence:

Drones have been fully recovered in six locations, while fragmentary evidence points to previous possible UAS destruction in two locations.

Investigation Progress:

One case in Wyryki-Wola remains inconclusive pending further investigation of a drone found on a residential roof.

Prosecutors confirmed one investigation, with additional cases expected to be merged under this jurisdiction.
