Donald Tusk’s Family Car Stolen, Suspect Arrested in Gdansk

Gdansk Police arrested a 41-year-old Sopot resident suspected of stealing a Lexus belonging to Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, worth over 300,000 złoty.

Car Stolen with Quick Police Response

According to Gdansk police, they received a report of the stolen Lexus at 7:40 AM. The Sopot police quickly sent a pursuit unit and secured security camera footage, fingerprints, and witness statements relating to the incident.

Car Found on a Gdansk Parking Lot

The luxury vehicle, valued at over 300,000 złoty, was found just a few hours later on one of the city’s parking lots.

Arrest of Suspect

The suspect was arrested at the Gdansk Airport before boarding a flight to Bulgaria at 6 AM. The arrestee did not resist the police officers.
