Military Police Investigate Soviet Anti-Tank Missile Launcher Found in Otwock Forest

Police discovered what appears to be a Soviet Fagot anti-tank missile launcher in Otwock’s Józefów forest on September 12th. The military police were called in to investigate.

Officers found the suspicious object in the forested areas of Józefów, Otwock County on September 12th.

The area was sealed off by authorities, and both police and military police were present to assess the device’s origin and technical condition.

A ballistics expert from the Military Police’s Forensic Laboratory, along with explosives experts and sappers, were called to the scene to examine the object.

The launcher will be transported to a testing range for thorough examination and destruction.
