Poland’s deputy defense minister, Cezary Tomczyk, has unveiled plans to establish centralized medical units and issue national guides on emergency response protocols.
Establishment of Medical Forces
Tomczyk announced the formation of the Polish military medical forces, which will serve as a central command based in Kraków. Current war veterans who have experienced combat will be tasked with leading these operations.
Emergency Response Protocols
Tomczyk said that citizens will soon receive a pocket-sized guide detailing emergency response procedures. This move follows concerns raised by recent alarms and warnings that have been causing panic across the Lubelszczyzna region.
Recent Incidents of Drone Activity
The deputy minister confirmed that there were approximately 19 incidents of drones entering Polish airspace in recent days. While the Polish military confirmed three drone strikes, several more neutralizations are likely to occur, according to Tomczyk.
