New Polish Party Announced by Former Independent Senators

A new political party, “Nowa Polska,” has been founded by disaffected independent senators, with Zygmunt Frankiewicz as its leader.

Formation of “Nowa Polska”

Former senator Zygmunt Frankiewicz will lead the new party, while Wadim Tyszkiewicz and Arkadiusz Wiśniewski will serve as vice presidents. The party’s secretary-general will be Cieszyn mayor Gabriela Staszkiewicz.

Goals and Objectives

Senator Wadim Tyszkiewicz explained that state institutions have been destroyed or weakened in recent years, necessitating “Nowa Polska” – a party of responsible, courageous individuals willing to undertake state reforms. The party aims to unite, not divide.

Party Priority Areas

The party’s priorities include deregulation, rebuilding the Corps of Civil Service, realizing autonomous demands, and “punishing individuals who broke the law during PiS rule.”
