Incident Details
In Kady, a town in the Grodziski county, a 13-year-old boy was riding an electric scooter on Środkowa Street when he hit a protruding sewer cover, lost control of the vehicle, and fell, injuring his head.
Emergency Response
The boy was initially conscious but unresponsive. A helicopter from the Polish Air Ambulance Service (LPR) was dispatched to the scene, and firefighters secured the area for landing. Medical responders provided emergency care and transported the boy to the hospital.
Investigation and Charges
Police investigated the incident and conducted a sobriety test, which revealed that the 13-year-old was under the influence of alcohol. The case will be referred to a family court.
