Stolen in Spain, Found by “Kobra” in Warsaw Car Commission

Polish police from the “Kobra” group have recovered a stolen Hyundai Ioniq 5 worth 115,000 zloty, originally stolen in Spain, at a car commission in Warsaw.

Recovery Operation

Policemen from the south-Praga “Kobra” group used their operational knowledge and gathered information to track down a car commission in Warsaw. There, they found and secured a Hyundai Ioniq 5 worth 115,000 zloty, which had been stolen in Spain and was already legalized in Poland.

Investigation and Charges

The operational team arrested a 27-year-old man and, based on the collected evidence, presented him with a charge of vehicle theft. The car was thoroughly inspected, and traces were secured for further analysis by experts.

The proceedings in this case are supervised by the Warsaw-Praga Południe District Prosecutor’s Office. The arrested man was charged at the Motor Vehicle Crime Division of the local police headquarters.
