Warsaw Chopin Airport announced that runway 1 (in the Ursynów – Ursus direction) will be closed from September 22 to October 25 due to partial renovation work.

During this period, all operations will take place on runway 3 (in the Piaseczno – Włochy, Ochota, Bemowo direction).

The airport assured passengers that the closure of one runway should not affect flight punctuality.
