Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk vowed to deport 63 foreigners after a concert by Belarusian rapper Max Korzh; the Border Guard has now revealed the outcome for those individuals.

Consequences After Max Korzh Concert

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that 63 individuals would be ordered to leave the country following incidents at a concert by Belarusian rapper Max Korzh. The Border Guard has now provided an update on the status of these foreigners.

Deportation and Voluntary Departure

According to the Border Guard, 14 foreigners (12 Ukrainian citizens and 2 Belarusian citizens) who posed a threat to public safety and order were deported. A further 13 individuals (11 Ukrainian citizens and 2 Belarusian citizens) decided to leave Poland voluntarily.

International Protection and Travel Bans

Three foreigners (2 Ukrainian citizens and 1 Belarusian citizen) are currently undergoing a procedure for international protection, which has led to a suspension of their repatriation. Meanwhile, 33 foreigners (32 Ukrainian citizens and 1 Belarusian citizen) have been added to the list of undesirable aliens in Poland and the Schengen Information System (SIS), effectively banning them from entering and staying in Poland.

Chaos at the Concert

The concert by Max Korzh was marred by incidents, including a spontaneous party on the night of August 8-9, where loud music disturbed local residents. During the concert, some individuals without proper tickets jumped onto the stage, leading to scuffles with security. Some attendees also brought flags of the Ukrainian OUN-UPA, a group responsible for crimes against Poles during World War II.
