Bema Street in Warsaw’s Wola district is set to be resurfaced from September 22 to 24, causing traffic disruptions and requiring drivers to take detours.
Resurfacing Work Scheduled
The resurfacing of Bema Street is planned between Wolska Street and the blocks numbered 74 and 87.
Traffic Disruptions and Detours
The entire section to be resurfaced will be closed on Monday, September 22, around 6:00 AM and will remain closed until Wednesday, September 24, 11:00 PM.
Drivers coming from Kasprzaka Street will only be able to reach the construction site.
From Kasprzaka Street to Wolska Street, the detour will be via Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue.
From Wolska Street to Bema Street, drivers will bypass the disruptions via Płocka and Kasprzaka Streets.
Parking and Pedestrian Access
Cars parked on Bema Street will need to be relocated.
Signs prohibiting parking with a notice about possible towing at the owner’s expense will be put up.
Two pedestrian crossings will be closed during the work: one at Ludwiki Street and the other at the high school.
