Roadworks will be carried out on Senatorska Street in Warsaw for four days, starting Monday, September 22, following a water pipeline failure.

Drogowcy will repair the Senatorska Street surface after a water pipeline failure. The works will be carried out in stages over four days, starting Monday, September 22, at the intersection with Bielańska Street.
Stage One and Two Roadworks
On Monday, September 22, morning, roadworkers will occupy part of the lane heading towards Teatralny Square. They will block off a fragment of the lane turning right at Senatorska 27. This stage will last until Tuesday, September 23, end of day. On Wednesday, September 24, the works will move to the lane for straight traffic. Additionally, roadworkers will occupy the lane leading to Bankowy Square by the club-café. Drivers will not be able to enter Senatorska Street from Teatralny Square or Bielańska Street.
Detours for Drivers
Detours will be designated for drivers. From Miodowa Street, the detour will go via Bielańska to “Solidarności” Avenue and a turnaround behind the Independence Museum. From Bielańska Street, the detour will go via Wierzbowa, through Piłsudskiego Square, Królewska to Marszałkowska.
Parking and Public Transport Changes
During both stages, parking will not be allowed in the vicinity of the works, including designated parking spots. Abandoned cars may be towed at the owner’s expense. On Wednesday and Thursday, buses on line 111 heading towards Esperanto will turn from Krakowskie Przedmieście onto Królewska, then go via Marszałkowska and return to their route at Bankowy Square. The route of line 518 will also change. Buses will not reach Bielańska and will run between Nowodworami and Esperanto. From Bonifraterska Street, they will go via Świętojerska and Anielewicza.
