Warsaw’s road authorities will be resurfacing Wolska Street between Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue and Kasprzaka Street over the weekend, starting Friday, September 19, evening.
Roadwork Details
Warsaw’s roadworkers will be replacing the surface of Wolska Street between Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia and Kasprzaka Street. The weekend roadwork, involving milling, is set to begin on Friday, September 19, in the evening.
Traffic Arrangements
During the work, drivers will be diverted from Elekcyjna onto Ordona, while trams will operate without changes. The roadwork is planned on two sections: from Lubomirskiego Roundabout to the intersection with Elekcyjna and Ordona streets, and the section beyond the intersection to Kasprzaka.
Drivers heading down Wolska Street from Płocka Street will turn left from two lanes onto Lubomirskiego Roundabout towards Zesłańców Syberyjskich Roundabout and right from one lane towards Górczewska Street.
Intersection and Detour Information
The intersection with Elekcyjna and Ordona will remain open. Drivers can drive straight through these streets and turn onto Wolska Street towards Okopowa. Detours for the resurfaced sections of Wolska Street will be directed via Kasprzaka Street.
Cars left in the work area may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Completion and New Surface
The new surface will be open to drivers on Monday, September 22, at 4:00 AM.
