More Drone Debris Found in Poland, Police Issue Warning

Polish police have discovered additional fragments of what appear to be drones in various locations, prompting a public safety alert.

Details of the Discovery

In the Kraków county, a mushroom picker found fragments of a remote-controlled model airplane in a forest on Sunday around noon. The police were informed, and the site was secured.

Extent of the Finds

Similar discoveries were made in three other locations: in the Siedlce and Białobrzegi counties, and in Sulmice, Zamość county. Authorities, including the Military Gendarmerie and prosecutor’s office, are investigating these finds.

Public Safety Guidance

The police advise that if anyone finds objects resembling drone parts, they should not approach them. Instead, they should immediately call the emergency number 112, provide their location as accurately as possible, and wait for services to arrive in a safe place.
