Polish President Andrzej Nawrocki’s meeting with the Polish diaspora in the US was disrupted by a man dressed as a priest, who was escorted away by services.
Incident at the Sanctuary
The unusual incident occurred at the National Sanctuary of Our Lady of Częstochowa in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, where Nawrocki was meeting with the Polish diaspora.
According to reports, a man dressed in liturgical attire was escorted away from the altar by a priest, and subsequently taken care of by services.
It was later discovered that the man was not a priest, but a layperson wearing liturgical vestments over everyday clothes, including jeans and sports shoes.
Background and Investigation
The individual had previously disrupted masses, but this was the first time he had dressed as a priest.
After questioning, the man was released, and it was determined that he did not pose a threat, as all attendees were thoroughly screened before entering the sanctuary.
