According to police, the man had been committing burglaries since 2011, traveling across the country by car and using a bicycle to approach his targets.
He would typically operate alone, using a similar modus operandi each time, and chose his targets spontaneously.

The 72-year-old was charged with eight counts of burglary and attempted burglary in Lidzbark Warmiński and Zielona Góra.
