Two separate collisions occurred in the tunnel connecting S2 and S79 highways in Warsaw on September 23, during the morning rush hour.

Cause of the Collisions

The first collision happened when a Citroen driver lost control on the wet and slippery road surface and hit a curb. Shortly after, a Mitsubishi driver lost control and hit the standing Citroen.

Emergency Response and Classification

Medical responders attended the scene, but initial assessments indicated no need for hospitalizations. Police classified both incidents as collisions.
