The incident occurred on Monday, September 22, at around 11:00 AM. According to the Świętokrzyska Police, Józef Kozoduj attacked his wife in the area of Suchowola, Staszów County.
The injured woman was taken to the hospital with serious head injuries. The perpetrator fled into the forest.
Description of the Suspect
The police released a description and image of the man. The suspect is approximately 175 cm tall, weighs around 85 kg, and has a normal body build.
He has short, dark, graying hair with a noticeable forehead baldness. A distinctive feature is a burn scar around his mouth and jaw.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing navy blue trousers with side stripes, a black short-sleeved T-shirt with “MIŚ” written on it, and rubber boots, but may be barefoot.
Police Appeal
The Świętokrzyska Police are appealing for help in capturing the 63-year-old man.
Anyone who has seen this man or knows where he might be is urged to contact the police immediately on the emergency number 112.
