Roadworks are set to cause traffic disruptions in Warsaw’s Ursynów and Białołęka districts from September 26 to October 1, with several streets to be closed and public transport routes altered.
Roadworks on Ciszewskiego Street
On Friday, September 26, and Saturday, September 27, roadworks will be carried out on Ciszewskiego Street, with the section from the intersection with Aleja KEN to Pileckiego Street to be closed. The works, which include the replacement of the road surface, are expected to be completed by 22:00 on September 27.
During the closure, buses on lines 136, 163, 179, 504, and N86 will be diverted. Additionally, on Saturday, lines 192 and 209 will also take alternative routes.
Work on Płochocińska Street and Modlińska Street
On Płochocińska Street, roadworks will begin on Friday, September 26, at 22:00 and will last until Wednesday, October 1, at 04:00. The section between Huczna and Krzyżówki streets will be resurfaced, with traffic diverted via Marywilska and Toruńska streets to Modlińska or Modlińską, Klasyków, Czołową, and Marywilską.
On Modlińska Street, the “Konwaliowa 01” bus stop will be renovated. From Friday, September 26, at 22:00, Modlińska Street will be narrowed before the intersection with Kowalczyka and Żerańską streets.
Public Transport Changes
Autobuses on lines 126, 314, 326, 705, 735, and 736 will be diverted due to the roadworks on Płochocińska Street. The changes will be in place from Friday, September 26, at 22:00 until Wednesday, October 1, at 04:00.
