Injuries and aftermath
The child, startled by the sudden stop, fell onto the road but was unharmed. However, a female passenger was injured after hitting the bus’s ticket machine and required medical assistance.

Following the incident, authorities urged parents and guardians to closely supervise children near roads and set a good example by only crossing on green lights.
They also emphasized that children under seven must be accompanied by someone at least 10 years old when using public roads, except in residential zones or pedestrian paths.
