Polish authorities have updated the image of 17-year-old Krzysztof Dymiński, who vanished in May 2023, while his father Daniel persists in the search efforts.

Updated Image Released

The Polish police have published an age-progressed image of Krzysztof Dymiński to aid in the ongoing search. The teenager, who disappeared on May 27, 2023, is described as having a slim build, wavy light-brown hair, and light eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark Adidas hoodie, dark pants, and black Diesel shoes. The case is being handled by the Missing Persons and Identification Department of the Warsaw Police.

Family-Led Search Efforts

Krzysztof’s parents, Agnieszka and Daniel Dymiński, have been actively searching for their son, focusing on the Vistula River area. They use sonar equipment, drones, and collaborate with rescue groups. During low-water periods, they have reported finding personal belongings, documents, and bones, which were handed over to police for verification.

Father’s Discoveries

In spring 2025, Daniel Dymiński discovered human remains while searching the river, prompting further investigation. His efforts have led to the recovery of at least five bodies, including a man near Kępa Tarchomińska in March 2024 and a woman in the San River in March 2025. All findings were processed by police and prosecutors.

Additional Findings

Throughout 2025, the family continued their search, uncovering documents, personal items, and bone fragments in the Vistula River. In the autumn, they identified the wreckage of an old boat near Łomianki, unrelated to current cases but noted as part of their systematic search efforts.
