Investigation under district prosecutor’s supervision
The District Prosecutor’s Office in Przasnysz is overseeing an investigation into the trafficking and possession of significant quantities of narcotics. Three individuals were detained following a routine traffic check, with one suspect placed under temporary arrest.
Charges and evidence
The case involves Krystian L. and others. As stated by Elżbieta Edyta Łukasiewicz, Spokesperson for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Ostrołęka: “The District Prosecutor’s Office in Przasnysz is investigating Krystian L. and others for alleged violations under Article 59, Section 1 of the 2005 Anti-Drug Addiction Act and other criminal offenses.”
During the traffic stop, two men and one woman were detained after admitting to possessing narcotics. Police and prosecutors seized drugs and psychotropic substances from the vehicle, individuals, and premises of the detainees. The confiscated items included 200 grams of marijuana, 60 grams of amphetamine, and ecstasy tablets, according to Łukasiewicz.
Legal proceedings
Two individuals have been formally charged. Krystian L. faces allegations of possessing large quantities of narcotics and supplying them to others for financial gain. Kamil K. is accused of possessing psychotropic substances. The third detainee was released without charges.
Court-ordered pretrial detention was applied to the primary suspect. “The District Court in Przasnysz ruled on September 24, 2025, to impose a three-month temporary arrest on Krystian L.,” announced the spokesperson. No pretrial measures were applied to the second suspect.
The investigation is ongoing, with potential penalties including up to 10 years’ imprisonment for the alleged offenses.
