A 46-year-old passenger on a city bus in Legionowo behaved aggressively, pushing a 58-year-old man playing an accordion at a stop on Piłsudskiego Street. The attacker allegedly said, “No Black person will enter this bus.” The victim suffered a double leg fracture and was hospitalized.
Racist Attacks and Pepper Spray
When other passengers reacted, the aggressor sprayed pepper spray at three people, shouting, “What do you Black people want from me? You won’t tell me what to do.” The other victims received on-site aid but did not require hospitalization. All parties involved were Polish.
Police Investigation
The attacker was sober and is in police custody. Authorities are conducting a detailed investigation into the incident’s circumstances and may subject him to specialized medical evaluations.
