Benefits of Physical Activity
Regular exercise improves cardiovascular and respiratory fitness, supports the musculoskeletal system, and helps maintain a healthy weight. It reduces stress, enhances concentration, and boosts immunity. Even short, daily sessions of 30 minutes yield measurable health and psychological benefits, while community events strengthen social bonds. The European Week of Sport is an opportunity to try different forms of exercise and find one to incorporate into a weekly routine.
