Putin Urges Russia to Brace for Anything in Sochi Speech

He emphasized that we live in an era where change is rapid and often dramatic. While no one can fully foresee the future, he urged that we prepare for any possible outcome.

Putin Accuses West of Hysteria

Putin repeated accusations that Western governments are actively inciting war, claiming that European elites continue to stoke hysteria and make war with Russia seem inevitable.

He said the West claims Russia intends to attack NATO, but that this claim is untrue, labeling the Western narrative either incompetent, dishonest, or simply untrustworthy.
