Bus Violates Priority Rules
The bus, which was joining the flow from the stop, mistakenly entered the left lane that required yielding. This action caused a road blockage on the right lane, which was occupied by road maintenance crews, forcing the bus to immediately move into the left lane.

At the time, a road crew was working on nearby storm drains, and the right lane was blocked. The bus’s movement into the left lane, coupled with the motorcyclist’s urgent braking maneuver to avoid collision, resulted in the bike overturning.
